Rambo (2008)

Hey! Just thought I'd let you know. This movie SUPER GORY. Like, mega-ultra gory.

It's also totally awesome.

I watched this last weekend and, man.

It's still really balls out.

When he get up on the .50 cal at the end and just turns half of Burma into red mist, it's kinda insane.

I'm still a titch bored by the first 20 minutes or so, but once John Rambo starts pin cushioning tiny Asian men, it gets awesome and stays that way.

Now, I'm a dude who has never seen the middle Rockys or Rambos and I have to say, I'm proud of that. I like to watch good movies, y'see. But after watching this again...I kinda want to see what all that fuss was about back in the day. I can't imagine Rambo 2 and 3 are GOOD, per se. But are they as nutshit crazy as the new one?
