The Shawshank Redemption

Shawshank is occasionally my favorite movie. It or Fight Club.

Seeing it on the big screen last night, and seeing it for the first time in about 5 years, has not changed my opinion.

Hey! Just thought I'd let you know. This movie SUPER GORY. Like, mega-ultra gory.

MITY - Criminal: Coward and Lawless

Man, I needed some hard-boiled crime in my life and Criminal Volumes 1 and 2 filled that void admirably.

MITY - The Jennifer Morgue

Ok. It's James Bond versus Cthulhu. If that doesn't sell you, you better pray that when Dread Lord Cthulhu returns, you are among the first to be driven mad with his divine insanity.

Yeah, Lovecraftian horror is kinda cool.

Must See TV

For some horrible reason, TV networks have decided to air about 75% of the TV I watch on one night a week. Thursday.

MITY - Assassin's Creed 2

It's nice when the game's protagonist sums up your reactions with a simple line of dialogue.

MITY - District B13

In a lot of ways, this reminds me of the first Ong Bak. Flashy, brutal action. Nonsensical dialog. Kinda stupid story. But, damn. It's pretty fun.

MITY - Lost Catch Up

Finished up Lost Season 5 tonight to get all excited-y for the start of the (finally) final season.
